As part of a replacement, we are looking for a,
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER SWITZERLAND (BASEL)
Your office is based in the Basel area you are travelling to your base of prospects and customers in Switzerland. Reporting locally to Switzerland managing director and functionally to European sales director, you are responsible for accelerating.
As such, your main missions will be to:

Manage the sales process (prospecting until final negotiation) of new equipment,

Advise and be co-responsible with the product sales managers for the margin during the offer and the final negotiation (in compliance with risk management),

Ensure the best possible relationship with customers and create a network with local authorities (social, industrial, political, etc.),

Oversee all commercial activities in Switzerland and manage the recording and invoicing of all DDPS activities,
-
Report on time and accurately on any commercial activity in his/her area (CRM, monthly reporting, visit report, project follow-up, etc.),

Be attentive to customer satisfaction and facilitate the formalization of non-conformity and/or warranty claims if needed,

Serve as the primary representative of DDPS, responsible for its brand image and reputation.
Profile
With an engineering or master’s degree (or equivalent) and experience in B2B technical sales, especially in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or process sectors, you bring strong communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented and passionate about sales growth, you manage your client portfolio independently and excel in collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a constantly changing environment. With the flexibility to travel across Switzerland 2-3 days per week, you are also fluent in German, French, and English.
