Esclusivamente da De Dietrich, il sistema Glaslock è un agitatore che consente di scegliere tra diversi profili di pale per ottimizzare la miscelazione. Siamo in grado di condurre studi per determinare il design più adatto ai vostri processi e prodotti, garantendo risultati ottimali.

Il sistema unico al mondo con pale rimovibili

Questo sistema è stato progettato appositamente per i reattori BE, nei quali l’apertura principale è il passo d’uomo, ma può essere utilizzato per tutti i tipi di reattori.

L’installazione e lo smontaggio avvengono lateralmente, rendendo possibile lavorare sugli agitatori senza smontarli completamente.

Con agitatori su più livelli, è possibile modificare una sola fase indipendentemente dalle altre lasciando l’agitatore in posizione.

Manutenzione semplice

Il montaggio di una pala nella sua sede conica, entrambe completamente smaltate, viene eseguito utilizzando un utensile manuale secondo una procedura semplice. Il sistema Glaslock utilizza un unico mozzo, offrendo maggiore flessibilità e consentendo l’installazione di tutti i tipi di profili di pale. Questa tecnologia riduce il tempo necessario per smontare la trasmissione, quando richiesto.

Per ottimizzare i risultati delle vostre reazioni, il nostro team può eseguire simulazioni personalizzate basate sui parametri di processo e sulle caratteristiche del prodotto.

I vantaggi del sistema GlasLock, combinati con i nostri studi, permettono di garantire la migliore configurazione possibile delle pale, ridurre i tempi di reazione, diminuire il consumo energetico e ottimizzare la vostra produzione.
