Goal was to supply the reaction unit for concrete adjuvant fabrication, at the right time and able to minimize the total cost of ownership by reducing downtime.
Preliminary study was first realized. This study was consisting in a thermal and production capacity calculation and a reactor 3D integration as main contractor for whole project execution. Then, De Dietrich Process Systems showed his ability to act as main contractor for whole operation.
The complete solution based on a glass-lined OptiMix® - HE reactor 20000 L. was installed on time and run perfectly.
