At the 33rd edition of the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, organized by Ernst & Young (EY), De Dietrich was honored with the National Family Business Award 2025. This distinction celebrates emblematic companies recognized for their long-term vision, robust business model, and lasting contribution to the French economy.
A heritage forged through time
De Dietrich is one of the oldest continuously operating family-owned companies in France. Thirteen generations of entrepreneurs have carried forward the same passion for transmission, innovation, and craftsmanship excellence.
Today, the company designs and manufactures systems, equipment, and services for the most demanding industrial processes — particularly in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

“It is an honor for De Dietrich to be recognized for the second time* this year,” said Marc-Antoine de Dietrich, Chairman. “These awards prove that a company with three centuries of history can still stay one step ahead.”
Jacques Moulin, CEO, added: “This recognition inspires us to go even further — to continue developing our technological diversification and lead industry toward more efficient and sustainable solutions. It also highlights the resilience of an industrial model built on durability. Our mission now is to pursue this commitment to excellence while accelerating innovation, notably through the integration of artificial intelligence into our customer solutions.”
Industrial excellence rooted in the future
With this award, De Dietrich reaffirms the strength of its family-driven industrial model — one that evolves without losing its identity, grounded in expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and forward-looking ambition.
* In September 2025, De Dietrich also received the "Prix de l'entreprise Familiale Grand Est" award.
