This case study shows how De Dietrich Process Systems has managed the replacement of
a complete Glass-lined Piping intallation by a new one,
taking into account the stress analysis calculation, the manufacturing of the pieces and the installation on site.
CHALLENGES
The main challenge for us was to realize the job in a short period of time in order to reduce the shutdown period for the customer.
Other challenge for us: to be able to deliver a complete offer taken into account the complete scope of supply. As we are working with a subcontractor for the stress analysis report, we had to include this part in our complete quotation.
