Successful projects are built on strong partnerships – and they do not end with the commissioning of a plant. As part of the ALR9016 project, De Dietrich Mainz supported DSM-Firmenich during installation with tailored on-site training to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable plant operation.
Directly at the installed plant, our service experts provided practical knowledge and valuable experience for day-to-day operations. The aim of the training was to prepare the DSM-Firmenich plant personnel thoroughly for operation, maintenance and the specific requirements of the plant.
The training covered, among other topics :
- Plant design and operating principles
- Precise alignment and adjustment of plant components
- Critical assembly and safety-related aspects
- Joint on-site plant inspection
- Proven assembly procedures and best practices
By combining theoretical expertise with practical application, DSM-Firmenich employees gained a comprehensive understanding of the plant. This contributes significantly to high plant availability, maximum process safety and reliable long-term plant performance.
